第二次世界大戦終結から80年の節目を迎えるこの夏…。
ハマスのテロ行為と拉致をきっかけに、イスラエルによるパレスチナへの止まらない報復で、またも人間の尊い命がいとも簡単に踏みにじられている報道に接し、やり場のない悲しみと怒りと情け無さに苛まれています。
ウクライナへのロシアプーチンの暴挙蛮行が終わらない中で、もう一つの虐殺行為が進行し、世界平和構築に程遠い現状が続いているのです。
唯一の被爆国であり、国連安全保障理事会の非常任理事国である日本からの、人殺しと暴力を直ちに止める強いメッセージ発信と行動を起こさなければなりません。
紛争当時者と世界80億の皆様！
人が人を殺す事では、どんな紛争も解決しません。
憎しみや恨みが残り、それが未来永劫続き、紛争の火種が消える事はないのです。
私達の子供たちに平和で幸せな明日を手渡したいでしょう？
子供たちを含む市民の泣き叫ぶ姿に耐えられますか？
ならば…
直ちに人殺しの行為を止める！
暴力行為を止める！
全てを話し合いで解決する！
これこそが唯一の人類を成長させる道ではないでしょうか？
殺し合う行為に勝者など存在しません。
人殺しと暴力を直ちに止め、話し合いのみで解決する道を選ぶ者が、真の勝者であり、精神性を次のレベルに上げたこれからの新人類になれるのだと思います。
どうか人殺しと暴力を思い止まる勇気を持って下さい！
あらためて、現在の紛争当時国や組織のトップの皆様！
どうか地獄の苦しみを知っている広島からのメッセージに耳を傾けて下さい！
人殺しと暴力を止めれば、世界中が称賛します！
心の奥底で、我々全てが人殺しや暴力のない、子供たちの笑顔が絶えない明日を望んでいます。
どうか冷静になって、我々の世代で恨みと憎しみの連鎖を断ち切るのです！
さすれば必ずや素晴らしい幸せな世界が明日から始まります！
我々大人が今行動を起こしましょう！

This summer marks the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II…
I am overcome with a sense of grief, anger, and pathos as I read reports of Israel’s unrelenting retaliation against Palestine, triggered by Hamas’ terrorist acts and abductions, once again trampling on precious human lives so easily.
As Putin’s brutal and outrageous actions against Ukraine continue unabated, another massacre is underway, and we remain far from achieving global peace.
As the only country to have suffered atomic bombings and a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, Japan must send a strong message and take action to immediately stop the killing and violence.
To those involved in the conflict and the 8 billion people around the world!
No conflict is resolved by people killing each other.
Hatred and resentment will remain, continuing forever, and the seeds of conflict will never be extinguished.
We want to hand over a peaceful and happy tomorrow to our children, don’t we?
Can you bear to see civilians, including children, crying and screaming?
Then…
Stop the killing immediately!
Stop the violence!
Resolve everything through discussion!
Isn’t this the only way for humanity to grow?
There are no winners in killing each other.
Those who choose to immediately stop the killing and violence and resolve everything through discussion alone will be the true winners, and will become the new human race of the future, with their spirituality elevated to the next level.
Please have the courage to desist from killing and violence!
Once again, to all the leaders of countries and organizations that were involved in the current conflict!
Please listen to the message from Hiroshima, which knows the suffering of hell!

I am truly pleased that the “Hiroshima World Peace Concert” will be held.
I would also like to express my deepest respect to “Hiroshima Cultural Ambassador” Shinji Harada, the NPO Gentle Earth, and all those involved in making this concert a reality.
Culture and the arts, including music, have the power to share emotions and generate empathy across national and regional boundaries. As Hiroshima strives to become an “International City of Peace and Culture,” we are committed to promoting “peace culture” through cultural and artistic activities, sharing our desire for peace.
This concert, which promotes peacebuilding both domestically and internationally, is truly “peace culture” itself, and I am deeply encouraged by your efforts.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing, and I hope that through the voices of the performers, whose voices are imbued with the importance of peacebuilding and their strong desire to realize it, “peace culture” will continue to spread beyond national and regional boundaries.

「広島ワールドピースコンサート」の開催にあたり、長崎市民を代表してメッセージをお送りします。
今年は被爆から80年の節目の年です。国際社会の対立や分断が深まり、再び核兵器が使用される脅威が高まる今、これまで先頭に立って核兵器廃絶を訴えてきた被爆者のいない時代が刻一刻と近づいています。こうした中で日本原水爆被害者団体協議会（日本被団協）のノーベル平和賞受賞を追い風に、被爆者からの平和のバトンを、世代を超えてしっかりと繋いでいくことが肝要です。
国内外に平和構築を発信する「広島ワールドピースコンサート」が、多くの人々にとりまして、平和のためにできることを考え、一歩を踏み出す契機となることを期待します。
最後に、本イベントのご成功と、皆様の今後ますますのご健勝とご多幸を心からお祈り申し上げます。

On behalf of the citizens of Nagasaki, I would like to deliver a message in celebration of the Hiroshima World Peace Concert.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing. As conflict and division deepen in the international community and the threat of nuclear weapons being used again grows, we are fast approaching an era in which the atomic bomb survivors, who have previously led the way in calling for the abolition of nuclear weapons, will no longer be present. In this context, fueled by the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to the Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations (Nihon Hidankyo), it is essential that we continue to pass on the baton of peace from the atomic bomb survivors to future generations.
I hope that the Hiroshima World Peace Concert, which will promote peacebuilding both domestically and internationally, will inspire many people to consider what they can do for peace and take a step forward.
Finally, I offer my heartfelt wishes for the success of this event and for your continued good health and happiness.

1977年10月、18才で「てぃーんず ぶるーす」でデビュー。「キャンディ」「シャドー・ボクサー」と3ヵ月連続でシングルを発売。 3枚全てが同時に数々のチャートでベスト10入りし、ファースト・アルバム「Feel Happy」はオリコン初の初登場１位を獲得するという日本音楽史上初の快挙を成し遂げる。
2000年より心の環境整備を訴える環境チャリティー「鎮守の杜コンサート」をスタートさせ伊勢神宮、明治神宮、出雲大社、厳島神社など全国の神社でコンサートを行い、ＮＰＯ法人を設立。
2013年9月ニューヨーク国連本部・国際平和会議High level forum on the culture of peaceにて演奏。 国連ハイレベル国際会議において歌唱演奏した、世界最初のアーティストとなる。
毎年、原爆祈念日に合わせてピースコンサートを開催し平和構築へのメッセージを発信し続けている。
広島生まれ。
In October 1977, at the age of 18, he made his debut with the song, “Teen’s Blues”. He released “Candy” and “Shadow Boxer” in three consecutive months. All three singles reached the top 10 on numerous charts at the same time, and his first album “Feel Happy” became the first album in Japanese music history to reach No. 1 on the Oricon chart.
In 2000, he started “Chinju no Mori Concert”, an environmental charity appealing for the improvement of the spiritual environment, and held concerts at shrines throughout Japan including Ise Jingu Shrine, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Izumo Taisha Shrine, and Itsukushima Shrine, and established a non-profit organization.
Performed at the High level forum on the culture of peace at the United Nations Headquarters in New York in September 2013. He became the first artist in the world to sing and perform at a high-level international conference of the United Nations.
He was born in Hiroshima, and every year on the anniversary of the atomic bombing, he holds a peace concert to spread his message of peacebuilding.

エレナファウンデとは創造上の人物名であり、エレナ『太陽』、ファウンデ『創造』、『見つける』の意味を持つ

ちなみにボーカル『エディ』は『渦巻』と言う意味があるらしい…。

こんな大統領の国の言いなりの政治に戦後の日本はなったばかりに
外交で無駄な税金をバラまき、増税もかさむ毎日。
普通にご飯食べて、お風呂入って、余暇も余裕なくなってくる
そんなことが出来なくなりつつある日本も
経済が悪化すれば、武器作って外国に売る商売を始める気配すらあります。
知らないとこで、人殺しの手伝いの加担することになる。
そんなのは断じて嫌です。
経済を豊にして、普通の家庭を築いてこそ、
平和で安らぎが得れて、その延長線上に、
お互いが理解しあえるものが生まれると思います。
その費やす時間の間に、音楽をお供に、心に余裕を。
音楽を奏る、歌う、聞く、そういう人々の行為が
色々な暴力から縁がなくなり、遠ざかり、平和を誘うものだと信じています。
This is singer-songwriter Eddie’s solo project band. He started ElenaFounde in search of a place for his own expression. ElenaFounde is a creative name, with Elena meaning “sun” and Found meaning “create” and “find.” He works as both a musician and an event organizer, running the event “Kansai Oto Sakaba.” Incidentally, the vocalist’s name, “Eddie,” apparently means “swirl”… He strives every day to become the man who stirs up trouble.

The United States has never experienced the devastation of an atomic bomb.
Its mainland was never turned into a battlefield.
A country that cannot understand others’ pain and suffering without experiencing it firsthand
is once again involved in overseas religious conflicts, repeating one tragedy after another.
Former President Trump even claimed that the atomic bomb was a necessary act to end the war quickly.
Postwar Japan, having followed the lead of a country with such a leader,
has poured taxpayers’ money into diplomacy and now faces rising taxes every day.
In Japan today, many people are struggling just to eat a proper meal,
take a warm bath, or enjoy even a small bit of leisure.
As the economy worsens, we are starting to see signs
that the country may turn to arms manufacturing and selling weapons abroad.
Without realizing it, we might be helping in acts of violence—
and I absolutely refuse to be a part of that.
Only by enriching our economy and building stable, ordinary lives
can we truly attain peace and a sense of calm.
And from there, mutual understanding can begin to grow.
In the time we spend pursuing that, let music be our companion—
bringing peace to our hearts.
Playing music, singing, listening—
I believe these acts have the power to distance us from violence,
and to gently guide us toward peace.

広島県三次市出身＆在住、シンガーソングライター。
その場で作る即興ソングや、被爆3世として歌い続ける平和讃歌、ラジオで鍛えた饒舌で長尺なMCも佐々木リョウらしさである。
1000人規模のワンマンライブや、カープ選手への登場曲提供、マツダスタジアムでの国歌斉唱、始球式などの実績があり、自身の冠番組、RCCラジオ・佐々木リョウのバリAじゃんラジオ (毎週月曜日19:30～20:00放送)は今年12年目を邁進中！
これとって〝売れた〟曲は今の所ないが、初ステージから換算すると20年ほどのキャリアで鍛えた〝熟れた〟MC、高音ハスキーな歌声は一度「生」を堪能された方は高確率でファンになる。(願望)
今年4月20日にはJMSアステールプラザ大ホールでの弾き語りライブを大成功に納め、

A singer-songwriter originally from and currently residing in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Ryo Sasaki’s signature style is evident in his improvisational songs he composes on the spot, the peace anthems he continues to sing as a third-generation atomic bomb survivor, and his eloquent, lengthy MC skills honed through radio. His track record includes solo concerts for 1,000 people, providing entrance music for Carp players, singing the national anthem at Mazda Stadium, and throwing the ceremonial first pitch. His own show, RCC Radio’s Ryo Sasaki’s Bali A Jan Radio (broadcast every Monday from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM), is now in its 12th year! While he hasn’t had a hit song yet, his mature MC skills, honed over a 20-year career dating back to his first stage performance, and his high-pitched, husky singing voice are sure to make anyone who has experienced his live performance a fan. (Wish) On April 20th of this year, they held a highly successful acoustic live performance at the JMS Aster Plaza Large Hall, and a solo band live performance has also been scheduled for April 25th of next year at Miyoshi Civic Hall Kiriri!!
My name is Ryo Sasaki, a singer-songwriter born and living in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
My grandparents lived through the prewar, wartime, and postwar eras.
They passed on the gift of life to my parents, and then to me.
This was only possible because of the peace that has been firmly upheld for the past 80 years.
Now, I myself have become a father.
Each day, I pray for a bright and healthy future for my child.

シンガーソングライター。広島平和記念公園にある 「原爆の子の像」のモデルとなった少女・「佐々木禎子」の甥にあたる被爆二世。「禎子の物語を語り継ぐ責任がある」という想いから佐々木禎子をモチーフにした楽曲を作って活動しており、世界各地で高い評価を得る。禎子の思いを綴った楽曲「INORI」は、2010年のNHK紅白対抗歌合戦で歌手のクミコによって歌われ、2011年には人気ロックミュージシャンのエリック・マーティンがカバーした。全国の小中学校や各地の平和イベントに積極的に参加しており、これまでに講演会＆ライブを行った学校数は500校を超えた。
Singer-songwriter. Yuji Sasaki is a second-generation atomic bomb survivor and the nephew of Sadako Sasaki, the girl who inspired the Children’s Peace Monument in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Believing he has a responsibility to pass on Sadako’s story, he composes music inspired by her, earning him worldwide acclaim. His song “INORI,” which expresses Sadako’s feelings, was performed by singer Kumiko at the 2010 NHK Red and White Song Battle, and was covered by popular rock musician Eric Martin in 2011. He actively participates in elementary and junior high schools and peace events across the country, giving lectures and performing at over 500 schools to date.
